We work with clients from all walks of life within the society to identify new opportunities and develop fresh innovative solutions. Our aim is to support them through planning, funding, design, implementation and monitoring the service delivery. The demand for our community-based research project has been long established where we have been asked to develop the case for new projects and programmes and develop clear plans to support effective delivery (end to end programme). Our work in this area includes investment options appraisals to establish the viability of new project proposals, social and economic impact assessments for projects and programmes, events, return on investment on social projects to assess the value of intangible social and environmental impacts, economic appraisals on different project delivery options, development of business cases and business plans that meet the requirements of diverse public, private and third sector partners and sponsors.
